What are the hours for visiting the shrine?

Anyone can freely visit the temple grounds from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We recommend visiting early in the morning or before closing time to enjoy a quiet moment. Please note that opening and closing times may differ from normal due to preparations for memorial services or other events.

Can the general public participate in memorial services and events?

Anyone can participate in the monthly events, "Ichisho no Kai" held on the second Saturday of every month from 10:00 to 12:00 , and "Fudoson Ennichi Memorial Service" held on the 28th from 1:00 to 2:00 pm (in January, May, and September, a solemn goma ritual is held from 11:00 am) . We also accept participation from the general public in annual events , but in some cases you may need to apply, so please feel free to contact us.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

There is parking space for approximately 20 cars within the temple grounds. Visitors can use the parking space free of charge. Please feel free to come.

Can I get a goshuin stamp?

Accepted Answer

We provide written goshuin (temple seals) for you to receive. Please come between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM as a general rule. We will prepare them with care as a memento of your visit. We may not be at the temple, so please call us in advance to ensure availability.

Question 5

Can I volunteer or participate in cleanup activities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, everyone is welcome . You can help out when you can, such as cleaning the temple grounds or preparing for events. If you would like to help, please contact the temple office . We hope that your time at the temple will be a place to deepen your connections with us.
